3. Brand enquiry and partnership submissions
Submitting the Brand Enquiry quiz or any other form on this site is an expression of interest only. It does not create any binding commitment by us to enter into a partnership, franchise, or investment arrangement. Any actual partnership will be subject to a separate signed written agreement.

The brand name “Suleman Usman Mithaiwala”, the registered logo, all imagery, photography and recipes shown on this site are the property of the company. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.
