Who we are

This website is operated by Suleman Usman Mithaiwala Restaurant LLC, registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our main premises are at Meena Bazaar, Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai. You can contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +971 55 713 3786.

What we collect

• Information you give us — when you submit the Brand Enquiry quiz, partner form, or contact us by WhatsApp/phone/email: your name, contact details, city, intent, budget range and any message you choose to send.
• Birthday Club — if you join, we store your name, mobile number and the day and month of your birthday. We do not ask for or store your birth year. We use this only to send you a birthday gift voucher on WhatsApp and occasional offers, and we record when you gave consent so we can show it was given.
• Information collected automatically — browser type, device, approximate location (city level), pages visited, time spent, referring website. Standard server logs and analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies — small text files stored by your browser. We use them for site functionality, analytics, and advertising.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
• To process orders and arrange deliveries through our partner platforms
• To measure how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
• To show relevant advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms, and to measure those campaigns
• To comply with our legal obligations in the UAE

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run the site and our business:

• Meta Platforms Inc. — we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad campaigns and build retargeting audiences. Meta's privacy policy.
• Microsoft (Clarity) — anonymized session replay and heatmaps to improve usability. Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Cloudflare — CDN and security. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Delivery partners — when you order via Noon, Talabat, Zomato or EatEasy, those platforms operate under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it
• Stop processing your data for marketing purposes

To leave the Birthday Club, reply STOP to any message we send you, or email us. Withdrawing is as easy as joining, and we stop messaging you immediately.

Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies always run. We also use analytics and advertising cookies — the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity — which load when you visit the site so we can measure our advertising and understand how the site is used.

You can stop them at any time: block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s “Do Not Track” or private-browsing mode, opt out of Microsoft Clarity via Microsoft’s privacy dashboard, or manage Meta ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences. Children

This site is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
